The University of Vermont has canceled its women’s basketball team’s upcoming game against the Tar Heels, citing North Carolina’s law that limits anti-discrimination protections for the LGBT community.
The Burlington Free Press reports that the Catamounts at UVM were scheduled to face the Tar Heels at the University of North Carolina’s Chapel Hill campus on Dec. 28.

I’m sorry, but that should be an automatic forfeiture with the win going to UNC. And are they going to not play games in the other states with this same law? Or is it just NC… again?
Our governor is down in the polls. I’m sorry to hear that. Because if the other douche canoe gets into office, I’m going to have a problem. I won’t be able to use public restrooms anymore, or the locker room at my gym. If all a guy has to do is claim he’s transgendered and “taking selfies” in the locker room in order to video in the locker room, then I won’t feel safe in there, and I’m not sure what to do. I guess I’ll be driving home in a wet bathing suit under my clothes in the winter from my gym.
