Jill Stein drops statewide Pennsylvania recount case

Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein said Saturday she is dropping her bid for a statewide election recount in Pennsylvania.

Citing a major cost placed on voters due to a court ruling that says the voters requesting the recount must pay a $1 million bond, Stein also said she will be making a “major announcement” regarding her next steps in the recount process at a 10 a.m news conference Monday outside Trump Tower in New York.
“The judge’s outrageous demand that voters pay such an exorbitant figure is a shameful, unacceptable barrier to democratic participation,” Stein said in a statement. “This is yet another sign that Pennsylvania’s antiquated election law is stacked against voters. By demanding a $1 million bond from voters yesterday, the court made clear it has no interest in giving a fair hearing to these voters’ legitimate concerns over the accuracy, security and fairness of an election tainted by suspicion.”
Stein campaign spokeswoman Jordan Brueckner later clarified that while petitioners withdrew their case for a statewide recount Saturday, recounts in hundreds of precincts in some Pennsylvania counties — including Philadelphia, Allegheny and Lehigh — will continue. The campaign is also still pushing for forensic audits of voting machine software in the state.

Remember, this has nothing to do with Clinton or Trump… which is why she’s having her little gathering in front of Trump Tower.

Boy, can’t wait to see what she’s going to do now. Do you think it will have anything to do with scamming people out of more money? Whatever it is, you know it is going to be insane. Even the Green Party is backing away from her. I’m sure it has nothing to do with her being a traitor to her party by going to extreme lengths to help the establishment democrats.

Her statement is pure manure. This woman wasn’t even on the ballot in many states, and she got less than 1% of the overall vote. And somehow her demanding a recount is legit and the laws in PA are not. I’m sorry, hon. But just because you want to scam money off the American people – and probably Hillary Clinton, too – doesn’t mean the democratic process is under attack in our Republic.

You are, however, attacking the legal process of elections in our Republic. And you have somehow made this election an even bigger circus than it already was. Who knew that was even possible, but here we are.

Jill, do us a favor. Go hug a tree and let the grown ups get this country back in order.

  1. Reblogged this on Bob's Opinion and commented:
COULD IT BE, that Jill is a fraud? Answer: Of course she is and should be investigated for interstate fraud and racketeering … but if liberals want to give her millions that is okay by me, but the states don’t need to put out money (taxpayer) money for this fraud’s coffer.
